Paramekavu Temple is situated in the heart. It is famous for the Thrissur pooram held annually.
The Deity is Paramekavu Baghvathy(goddess Durga).These pics are from the grand vela(for festival in malayalam) held in paramekavu temple on 9 jan 09.The main events included an eyyunilipuu(decorated elephants) and panchavadyam(instrumental concert) .

Exam Blues...

The phenomenon is defined as an uneasy feeling along with unexpected off night sleeps..late night studies,anxiousness and hypertension in most cases. The symptoms start from the date of publishing of time table to the end of last exam.(study time )

note:this is the only time we open our books for some study

But inspite of all these things this is the time when we realise how much we have bunked our classes to got to movies,how much time we have spent practically oversleeping !,how much we have enjoyed the weekends along with our friends whiling around .

Slap @%@&# slap &$#

These slaps from the parents brings us to the senses but the young mind ends up scowling and shouting at your mother( you can't shout to u r father ,he might give me some unexpected gifts ..lol)
Then the truth gives the final blow on ur face when all u r friends sys "i hvae studied this , that and all that).And for a moment the future seems to be doomed in hell.(they all have ditched you!)

From out of nowhere u get some guts ,open the books (which still smells new even though u might have bought it months ago) and sit to study.Then next thing you remember is waking up next morning.(maybe the smell of new book might be usefull as a healthy substitute for sleeping pills).
In the coming days you do whatever humanly possible to get off with a pass.

To some, things done in an amplitude unique to their attitude ends up in A and for others it gives another oppurtunity to learn things....maybe a better opputunity to show that "hum kisi se kum nahin".
