“As time flies…” as soon as your
mind decodes these English words into something sensible, it’s flooded
with memories, sweet, joyful, funny to name a few varieties of it. Well,
being not much different from any other
normal guy, mine was no different case when Roshni said it to me.
Einstein
had his own definition for these words and he named it “The
relativity”. Others went on to manipulate the phenomenon using ‘Time
Machine’ and yet few others wanted to capture it in the
celluloid. But, to this date, the beauty of this phenomenon lies in the
lap of the mind as memories.
Everybody has his/her custom
designed version of memories. As we grew old, our ability to understand
the speed and vigor of this phenomenon increased proportionally. We
learned to admire the past, curse the present and
make plans for the future.
But occasionally, in our
present, some people make you realize that you really do not have to
race with the time but rather ride with it. And more importantly often
look back the footprint you have left, your first day
@ school ,the tricky nursery rhymes, your first pen, first love
,playtime ,school bunks, your young parents ,first college day ,may be a
second love, your first flight (P.R.D ethra flight kandirikunu :P ),
your first job, marriage ,kids(ithoonum enikkilla)
and the list goes on. Suddenly you remember something which you had
forgotten as time flew by…
“Sometimes there's so much beauty in the world, I feel like I can't take it, and my heart is just going to cave in”
American Beauty
And then your whole life flashes
in front of your eyes, in just a few minutes. It would, though take
some more time to review, replay, re cherish the memories and put you in
a slumber. Just as every morning ,tomorrow, I
will wake up to say
“Shit. It’s already nine!!Time just flew away.”
